Juzz4Baby has a 3 business day3 return policy upon receipt of order by the customer for defective, expired and incorrectly delivered items, subject to the following terms & conditions:
- Item must be unopened and in its original product packaging; unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
- Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack has to be returned as a whole set.
- Due to safety & hygiene reasons, there will be no returns & exchanges for beauty, body, health & baby products once packaging or product has been opened
